写真/Photo
ウォルトディズニーワールドでいうところのフォトパスのようなものが、ディズニークルーズラインにもあります。それがクルーズフォトです。乗船前にも船内にも、あとはキャストアウェイケイにも、カメラマンさんがいて、Key to the Worldを見せるか、部屋番号を言うことでそこで撮ったデータが部屋ごとに紐づけられていくしくみです。キャラクターグリーティングの時はもちろん、レストランやカウントダウンパーティーでも写真を撮ってもらえました。デッキ4のシャッターズに行けば、その撮影データを画面で見られるほか、お部屋ごとのフォルダーに入った印刷された写真も閲覧することができます。ちゃんとフレームがついていたりして、欲しくなっちゃうんですよね。事前に申し込むことで割引になります。わたしたちは、下船時にUSBメモリにすべてのデータを入れてもらえるプランを、194.95ドルで申し込みました。航路によって値段が違うようなので、予約詳細画面の「Book Now to Save on Photos」というメニューで、確認くださいね。
Cruise Photos is similar service with PhotoPass at Walt Disney World. Professional photographers were at Port Canaveral, on board, and on Castaway Cay. Just presenting Key to the World or telling stateroom number, photo data is link to each stateroom. We met photographers when character greetings, dinners and count down party. We could see photos at Shutters on Deck4, as both data and printed papers. If you pre-purchase a photo package before the cruise then you will have discount. We bought USB thumb drive package for 194.95 USD. The price depends on the sail date and root. Please refer "Book Now to Save on Photos" menu on reservation detail.

ステートルーム/State Room
ホテルで言うところの客室のことを、クルーズではステートルームと呼んでいます。今回利用したのは、カテゴリー7Aという、ベランダ付きのお部屋でした。スーツケースを広げっぱなしにするのは難しいけれど、ベッドの下が広くあいているので、そこに収納できるようになっています。ベランダ近くのソファは、お願いすれば夜のターンダウンの時にベッドにかえてくれるので、日中はくつろぎソファとして、夜はベッドとして使うことができました。毎日のターンダウンはちょっとしたお楽しみの時間。なぜなら、タオルで作った動物と、チョコレートを置いておいてくれるから。こちらの写真は大晦日のターンダウンの写真で、毎晩のタオルアニマルとチョコレートに加えて、2020年をお祝いする絵と、お祝いディナーの時に着けるヘッドドレスも置いてありました。こういうちょっとしたことが、うれしいんですよね。
State Room means guest room in the cruise ship. We used Category 7A, a room with veranda. It was difficult to leave open my suitcase because the room was not wide, but there was enough space to keep it under the bed. The sofa near the window can be used as a bed after turndown. I enjoyed turndown everyday, because our state room host served a Towel animal and chocolates. These photos were taken on Dec-31st. Of course there were a towel animal and chocolates. Also special picture of new year celebration, and head dress for count down party. DCL's turn down was fun for me.

船内アクティビティ/On board activities
いやもう、すごくたくさんあるんです。船内アクティビティが。お目当てはやっぱりキャラクターグリーティングでそのスケジュールに合わせて行動していましたが、ほかにもやりたいことが多くて時間が足りなくなりました。例えば、映画。スターウォーズの最新作、スカイウォーカーの夜明けが3Dで上映されてたんです。アナと雪の女王2やマレフィセントも。ミッドシップ・ディテクティブ・エージェンシーというゲームも楽しそうでした。船内探偵ゲームというんですかね、デッキ5にあるキオスクでカードをもらい、ヒントに従って船内のポイントをめぐるゲームです。一見ただの絵に見えるものでも、カードをかざすと映像が流れて、また次のポイントへのヒントをもらえるんです。Yちゃんは私がグリーティングをしている間に、1つストーリーをクリアしてました。トリビアクイズがあったりビンゴがあったり、スパトリートメントも興味あるし、運動不足を感じたらデッキ一周のジョギングコース、ミニゴルフ、バスケットコートもあります。うーん、時間が足りない。グリーティングを取るか、アクティビティを取るか。それが問題です。
There were so many activities on board. I priolitized character greeting, but others were aso attractive. Let's say movies, Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker, Frozen 2, and Maleficent were availale on the cruise, with 3D! I also wanted to try the Midship Detective Agency, a interactive game. Guests come to Kiosk on deck5, get special card, and get hints to the next check point. Some check points look like normal pictures, but when guests show the card toward the picture then it shows videos about another check point. My friend, Y-chan tried this while I was enjoying greetings. Other than this, Trivia quiz, BINGO, spa treatment, and so on. If you need exercise, then you can try jogging on Deck 4, mini golf, and basketball court as well. Oh I need more time!!!

次回の予約/Future travel arrangement
すっかりクルーズの良さに目覚め、また乗りたいなと思ったわたし。デッキ4にあるバケーションプランニングデスクで、次のクルーズ予約に使えるプレイスホルダー予約というのをしてきました。このデスクで次の乗船の予約をすると、10％の割引が受けられるというのが本来の特典です。（一部、割引除外日があります。）でも、次の乗船日まで決められないという場合には、250ドルのデポジットをすることで、日付は確定させずに割引は受けられるというプレイスホルダー予約ができるんです。24か月以内に、今回の航路を予約したのと同じ旅行会社経由の予約に使えて、もし出航日が決められなくてもデポジットは返金されるとのこと。申し込み用紙を書いて、カードで250ドルを払ったらその日はそれでおしまい。帰国後に今回利用したミッキーネットの連絡すると、「DCLからも連絡をもらっています」とお返事がありました。これでゆっくりと旅程を決められるというわけ。これでもう、クルーズの沼にはまり始めましたよ。
Now I am obsessed with Disney Cruise Line! I made a Placeholder Reservation at Vacation Planning Desk on Deck4. Originally, at the desk, guests can make future cruise reservation with 10% discount. (Blockout-dates apply) If guests cannot decide specific date and root, then they can make Placeholder Reservation with 250 USD deposit. It should be used within 24 months, and the reservation should be made through the same travel agency as present cruise. 250 USD deposit is fully refoundable if cancelled. I wrote an application form and paid deposit by my credit card, then .... that' all. After my cruise I told my travel agancy, then they said they knew about my Placeholder Reservation. Easy.

本当に、ディズニークルーズラインの旅は楽しくて、非常におすすめです。日本から出発するには長めの休みが必要ですし、お値段もしますけどね。わたしは、もっと早くに乗ってみるべきだったなとちょっと後悔したくらい。また世界中を旅することができる日が来たら、絶対に乗りたいと思います。すべてのディズニーパークは制覇したことだし、次はすべての船を制覇するっていうのもいいかも？
Disney Cruise Line was truly good trip. I highly recommend DCL though it takes too much time from Japan to board DCL, and it's expensive. I should have tried it earlier. When the time comes, I will absolutely come back to DCL. Maybe I can try all DCL ships???

DCL&WDW （乗船に関するヒント 1/Tips for Disney Cruise Line 1）

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。2019年年末～2020年年始のディズニークルーズとウォルトディズニーワールドの旅行記、最後の記事は、乗船に関するTipです。って、ずいぶんと間が空いてしまった！すいません。この記事を書くにあたり、以前の記事を見直してみたんですが、わたしめちゃくちゃ楽しそうにしてますよね。今の、このStay Home生活からすると遠く思えて、ちょっと切ない気持ちにもなります。ですが、またいつか行ける日が来ると信じて、その時のためにも記録を残しておこうと思います。どうぞお付き合いくださいませ。
Hi! Today's blog is about Tips of Disney Cruise Line, based on my experience of 2019-2020 DCL Bahama 4 nights count-down cruise. It's been a long time since I was back, so sorry. I, now, feel it is very far from my current "Stay Home" life. I hope someday I will enjoy DCL again!

船内Wifi/On board Wifi
旅行記の途中、ナッソーのレストランのフリーWifiがうれしかったという話を書きました。それはなぜかというと、船内のWifiはお高いから。今回のクルーズでは、1MBで0.25ドルの重量課金制をとるか、100MBで19ドル/300MBで39ドル/1000MBで89ドルのパッケージを買うかの選択でした。わたしは300MBで39ドルのパッケージを購入して、ちょうど使い切った感じ。SNSは2~3回投稿したかなぁ。あとはLineのやり取りと、Yahooニュースを見たりくらいでしょうか。Lineで3~4くらいのメッセージのやり取りで7~8MBかかっていたので、現代人にはなかなかつらいお値段です。利用状況は画面で確認できます。I wrote before that I enjoyed free wifi of the restaurant in Nassau. That's because On board Wifi is very expensive. There were choices "Pay as you go, 0.25 USD/1MB" or 3 packages, 19 USD for 100MB/39 USD for 300MB/89 USD for 1000MB. I bought 39 USD for 300MB package, and made full use of it. 2 or 3 times SNS contribution, view of Japanese news site, and text messages. 3 or 4 text message used 7 or 8 MB, so it was tough for me as men of today. I could see the Megabyte meter on the browser.

アプリ/Apps
乗船前には、カウントダウンとアクティビティの予約に使っていたアプリ、乗船中はアクティビティやグリーティングの時間がわかるアプリとして使うことができます。乗船して船内Wifiにつなぐと画面が切り替わるんですよ。（このアプリのためのWifi接続は無料です。）このアプリで行きたいアクティビティをお気に入り登録をしておけば、時間が近づいてきたときにプッシュ通知が来るという機能付き。同じ部屋の人同士でチャットの機能もあり、レストランやショップでKey to the Worldで支払った金額の明細もわかり、非常に便利でした。これは乗船前にダウンロードしていくことをおすすめします。
Disney Cruise Line Navigator Apps was very useful tool for me. It has count down screen until embarkation day, and can manage activity reservations. During the cruise, it shows activities and entertainment schedule. When I came into the ship and connected On board Wifi (it was free for App use) , then screen turned into "On board mode". This apps send push message for my favorite events. It also has chat function with shipmates. So convenient!

パーソナルナビゲーター/Personal Navigator
アプリも便利ではありますが、ぱっと一目で見られる紙のスケジュールも捨てがたいですよね。ゲストサービスデスクに行けば、パーソナルナビゲーターというスケジュール表をもらうことができます。毎日の楽しみでした。
Apps was very useful but "Personal Navigator", the scheule at a glance, was also useful. We could get it at Guest Service Desk.

お酒とドリンク/Alchol and Soft drink
アルコールの持ち込みには制限があると以前にも書きました。
I wrote there was the limitation when you bring alcholic drink. 

ポートカナベラルに到着すると、最初に大きな荷物を預けます。パスポートなど乗船に必要なもの、パソコンなどの壊れやすいもの、日焼け止めや水着などすぐに使いたいものは手荷物として持ち込む必要がありますよ。少量のお酒も、持ち込み自体は可能ですが、手荷物にする必要があります。アルコール持ち込みのポリシーはこちら。今、書いてある内容を日本語に訳すと、750ml以下の未開封のワイン・シャンパン2本、または12オンス以下のビール6本までです。変更の可能性もありますので、都度チェックくださいね。私たちはパソコンはあるわビールはあるわで、そこそこ重たい手荷物をもってターミナルに入りました。 We left our big baggage in front of the terminal building. Guests must bring things needed for check-in such as a passport, fragile things such as a laptop, and things needed to use soon, e.g. swimwear or sun protection. Alcohol can be brought onto the ship, but it should be in carry-on baggage. Please check the limitation of alcohol beforehand.

DCL&WDW （1日目：乗船日/Day1:Embarkation day） - Happiest Holidays

でもせっかくのクルーズだしもうちょっと飲みたいという場合、いくつかのパッケージが用意されていました。例えば、ワインを3本、夕食の時に出してもらえるとか、ビアマグを買うとちょっと安くビールが飲めるとか。そこまでたくさん飲まないという場合は、レストランやバーでワインやカクテルを注文することもできます。その日のおすすめドリンクが、アルコール入りもノンアルコールも用意してあるので、それを頼んでも楽しいかも。私たちはパッケージは使わずに、その日その日で飲みたいものを頼んでいました。
If you want to have more, then you will have choices such as 3-Bottle Classic Wine Package or Beer Mug Savings Package as Onboard Gifts. If you don't drink so much, then glass wine and cocktail were also available on demand at restaurants and bars. Drink of the day, both alcholic and non-alcholic, were available while dinner. So we didn't buy any packages, ordered as we like.

ノンアルコールのソーダ類、コーヒー、紅茶はデッキ11のカバナスのそばで、いつでももらうことができます。とはいえ、ふたのない紙コップですし、いちいち取りに行くのも大変で、お部屋にいるときは持ち込んだミネラルウォーターを飲むことが多かったかな。ちょっと割高ですが、事前に申し込むと客室にミネラルウォーターを運んでおいてくれるサービスもあるので、ご家族でのクルーズであればそれも楽かもしれません。アルコールパッケージ、ミネラルウォーターパッケージは「オンボードギフト（Onboard Gifts）」から事前に申し込むことができます。バースデーケーキやお花、部屋のデコレーションも同じ画面で申し込めます。
Non-alcholic drinks, such as soda/coffee/tea, were available anytime near Cabanas on Deck11. However, it served by paper cup without cover, and the drink counter was far from our stateroom. So bottled water we brought by ourselves was useful while in our stateroom. There was Mineral Water Package as Onboard Gifts, I think it's efficient for families. Also birthday cakes, flowers, in-room decor were also available at Onboard Gifts menu.

船酔い/Sea sickness
乗船前、ものすごく心配してました、船酔い。かなり苦手でして。事前にいろいろ見た感じだと、乗船中もそうだし、下船した直後も地上酔いに悩まされるという記事もあり、でも、Disney Dream号は大きな客船だから大丈夫だよっていう記事もあり、、、。わたしは酔い止めをもっていってよかったなと思います。小型船や電車のようにガタガタ揺れるってことは確かにないけれど、ゆらーーーっ、ゆらーーーっと長周期の揺れがずーっと続いている感じです。初日のディナーが特にしんどかった。慣れていないし、ディナーがアニメーターパレットで、閉塞感もあり、薬なしだと目を回してダウンしてただろうなと思います。結局、乗船日から下船日まで、毎日酔い止めを飲んで元気に過ごせました。一緒に行ったYちゃんは、初日はそれで辛そうだったものの、あとは薬なしで元気にしていたので、本当にこれは体質によるのだと思います。
I really worried about sea sickness. When I checked some blogs, someone said she suffered when on board and also after debarkation. Someone said it was OK for her because Disney Dream ship is enough big. For me, anti-travel sickness medicine helped me very well. Yes, rolling movement of the ship was very small, but it was long period wave motions. I didn't like it. It was very tough on the 1st day! I was inexperienced at sailing yet, and I felt a sense of occlusion at Animator's Palate, where we had dinner. Finally I used medicine all the time, then enjoyed my cruise. As for my friend, she suffered sea sickness only on the 1st day, but she was OK from 2nd day and on. I think she is a good sailor.

ショップ/Shops
船の中でのショッピングは、航行中の楽しみの一つでした。デッキ3に3店舗、ここがメインかな。デッキ11には小さいものが1店舗、デッキ4にティファニーのお店があります。法律で、寄港中はお店を閉めなくてはいけないそうで、夜か洋上日がお買い物タイムです。クルーズでしか売ってないディズニーグッズがものすごくたくさんあり、お会計はKey to the Worldでできちゃうし、まあ財布のひもは緩みますよね。わたしは、クルーズラインのマークが入ったパーカーと、スパンコールのキャプテンミッキーのTシャツを買って、乗船中に着ていました。ほかには、おみやげにピンバッチやマグネットですかね。有料のショッピングバッグもかわいいですよ。あ、酔い止めもここで売っています。
I loved so much shopping on board. 3 shops on Deck3, 1 small shop on Deck11, and Tiffany on Deck4. Due to international regulations, stores must remain closed while the ship is docked in ports of call. Thus only the nights or At Sea day is the chance of shopping. So many Disney Cruise Line original goods were there! Guests can buy by Key to the World at the shops. It means...I bought many :) I bought and used DCL hoodie and Captain Mickey T-shirt while on board. Pins, magnets, and original shopping bag were also cute. You can also buy anti-travel sickness medicine here just in case.

お泊りディズニー アンバサダーホテル / Stayover at Disney Ambassador Hotel

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。なんだかものすごく暑い日々が続いてますね。暑すぎて外に出たくないくらい。と言いながらも、先日、ディズニーアンバサダーホテルでお泊りしてきちゃいました。そもそも舞浜へは1時間以内で到着できてしまうため、いつもは電車で日帰りしています。たまに、お友達が来た時にオフィシャルホテルに泊まるくらいかな。ディズニーホテルに泊まるのは、もう十数年ぶりでございます。で、興奮しすぎて写真が全然残ってないという。。。すいません。
Hi, how are you in this hot summer days? I am suffuring from high temperature... This article is about my short trip to Disney Ambassador Hotel. Because I live in Tokyo, I don't stay Tokyo Disney Resort basically, but I did! It was fun time!!

コロナウイルス対策により、入館できるのは、宿泊・レストラン利用・婚礼などの予約を持っているゲストのみ。ホテルの入り口で、予約の確認をされ、検温と消毒を経て、晴れて入館となりました。ちょうどチェックイン時間に合わせて来たので、そのままお部屋へ。素敵なお部屋で、あちこち扉を開けてみたり(笑)、はしゃぎまわりました。
Due to COVID-19, only guests who are staying overnight and guests with reservations already made at restaurants, weddings, and banquets will be allowed into the building. There were temperature screening and sanitizing point at the entrance. It was check-in time, then I and my friend came into our assigned room. Really good room with Disney furniture! Sorry but I forgot to take any pictures because I was excited so much XD

パークのチケットは、2階の宴会場で、宿泊者1名につき1泊1枚購入することができます。チェックイン日以外の日について、どちらかのパークの１デーパスポートを購入できるとのことだったので、翌日の東京ディズニーランドのチケットを購入しました。大人は全員、身分証明書の確認をされるので、持っていくのをお忘れなく。
Currently both Disney Parks at Tokyo Disney resort require fixed date ticket. Hotel guests can purchase a single 1-Day Passport per person, per night, that can be used at either park during their stay, excluding the day of check-in. We bought the ticket for Tokyo Disneyland. We were asked to present our ID document to purchase.

ホテルの中の施設も、コロナウイルス対策のため短縮営業になっていました。この日は、グッズを売っているフェスティバル・ディズニーが、8:00amから8:00pmまでの営業で、ぴったりパークの営業時間と同じ。つまり、パーク帰りには利用できないスケジュールになっていました。帰りにグッズ買い忘れたから寄ろうってことができないのはちょっと不便かも。詳細は、公式のウェブサイトをご確認くださいね。
Business hours of hotel facilities were also changed due to COVID-19. Festival Disney, a goods shop, opened from 8:00am to 8:00pm. It was shorter than normal, and guests couldn't visit there after Park closure. Please also check the official web site.

さて、夕食の時間です。せっかくだから、東京ディズニーシーにも行った気になりたいなということで、東京ディズニーシー・ホテルミラコスタのベッラヴィスタ・ラウンジを予約してありました。無料のシャトルバス、ディズニーリゾートクルーザーも使えるんですが、せっかくなのでリゾートラインに乗って移動です。すごい、1泊するってだけでいつもと違う、旅行気分。
As for our dinner, we visited BellaVista Lounge at Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta to enjoy the view of Tokyo DisneySea. We went there by Disney Resort Line. We felt like we traveled! Disney Resort Cruiser, the complimentary shuttle bus, is also available when you move from Disney Ambassador Hotel to Tokyo DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland.

ベッラヴィスタ・ラウンジのディナーはコースメニューになっています。パークの中と同様、QRコードを読み取ってメニューを確認するしくみ。ホテルの厚い紙のメニューブックがないのは残念ですが、感染対策としてはばっちりですね。おいしい料理をいただき、お酒も飲んでいい気分。そして、メディテレーニアンハーバーにミッキーたちがご挨拶に来たところも、見ることができました。We had course dinner at BellaVista Lounge. No paper book menu, but guests can see it with QR code. I think it was great infection control. We enjoyed good food and wine, and also the greeting show with Mickey Mouse at Mediterranean Harbor. Perfect dinner:)

帰りはディズニーリゾートクルーザーでアンバサダーホテルへ戻ります。ミッキーの「しゅっぱーつ」の挨拶がかわいくてここでもひとはしゃぎ。お部屋では過去の夏イベントの映像を見ることができて、ふたはしゃぎ。スマホで撮った写真が残っていたので載せておきます。翌日はパークなので早く寝なくちゃなんですが、まあ寝れないですよね。
After we were back to our room, We enjoyed the special videos on room TV. Guests can watch three videos of previous summer event show at Tokyo Disney Resort. We had to go sleep early but we couldn't.

さて、翌朝は、シェフ・ミッキーでの朝食。ブッフェ形式ですが、ここもしっかり感染症対策が取られていました。ブッフェ台に行く前には必ず消毒。デザートや冷菜は、小皿に入ってすべてラップがかかっていますし、温かいお料理やパンはそばにいるキャストの方がとりわけてくれます。ミッキーの形のパンケーキ、ミッキーの形の焼きおにぎりなど、かわいくてついつい朝から食べ過ぎてしまった・・・。
Next morning, we had breakfast at Chef Mickey, a buffet restaurant. There was great infection control here as well. Guests were requested to sanitize hands before going to buffet counters. Desserts and cold appetizers were wrapped individually. Hot dishes were served by cast members. I enjoyed Mickey-shaped pancake, Mickey-shaped rice ball ("onigiri" in Japanese) and so on, then became full. 

残念ながらキャラクターたちの出演はないものの、雰囲気だけでも味わえてよかったです。海外ディズニーではシェフ姿のミッキーがいましたが、そういえば東京のシェフミッキーには会ったことがないのでした。いつか、会ってみたいな！
Though we couldn't meet Chef Mickey Mouse and his friends, we could taste of the atmosphere. I never see Chef Mickey Mouse at Tokyo Disney Resort... I hope someday I will meet him!

あまり遠くに出かけられないしなぁ、と、ちょっとネガティブな気持ちで計画した東京ディズニーリゾート滞在でしたが、ネガティブな気持ちはすっかり吹き飛んで、楽しい小旅行となりました。さすがディズニーでした。次は、ほかのディズニーホテルに行ってみようかなと思います。
Before visiting, I had negative feelings as I couldn't escape from Tokyo. However I really enjoyed Tokyo Disney Resort stay! I got what I wanted, no no no, I got more than I expected! That's really Disney I think. I will try another Disney hotels this year.

おかえりなさい、東京ディズニーシー / Welcome back, Tokyo DisneySea

こんにちは、ねこたろうです。先週の週末は、東京ディズニーシーに遊びに行ってきました！先週はまだ年間パスポートが使えず、ワンデーパスポートを購入してのインパークです。ああ、出費がかさんでいく・・・。
Hi! I visited Tokyo DisneySea last weekend! Unfortunately my Annual Passport was not vaild on the day, so I bought One Day Ticket. It costs me a lot...

この日のお目当ては、マリタイムバンド！ミッキーとミニーが一緒に出てくると噂に聞いていたので、朝7時から開園待ちをして、場所取りしてみました。でももっと早くから待っている方がたくさんにいたようで、後方からの鑑賞となりました。でもかわいい、そして懐かしいお洋服のふたりが見られたので、満足です。この日は9:20amに登場していましたが、時間は毎日変わるそうで、しかも混雑を避けるため非公開になっているそうなので、運もありますね。
My target on the day was Maritime Band with Mickey and Minnie. I got the entrance at 7:00am even though the official opening time was 8:00am, but I counldn't watch it up close because so many fans came eariler than me. The show was very nice, Mickey and Minnie were so cute in their blue outfits. It started at 9:20am on the day, but it varies from day to day.

メディテレーニアンハーバーでのご挨拶も観ることができました！みんな元気そうでなりより。お天気も良く、（その分暑かったけど、）キラキラと日差しを浴びているミッキーたちを見て、明るい気持ちになりました。この日何度か、このご挨拶には遭遇していて、8:45am、11:40am、17:40amの3回も見ることができました。もしかしたらもっと回数はあるのかも？14時からのチケットでも見られるので安心ですよね。
I could meet Mickey and his friend on the ship at Mediterranean Harbor as well. They looked so happy in sunny sunshine. I watched this small show at 8:45am,11:40am and 17:40am. It may happen more?? Anyway it is good for guests who have admission tickets from 2:00pm.

ダッフィー達は、スチーマーラインにのってパークの中をぐるっとめぐってくれます。9:40amにメディテレーニアンハーバーを出発したところに遭遇したのと、夕方5:00pmごろにマーメイドラグーン近くでも見かけました。ジェラトーニがかわいかった！！
Duffy and his friends came by Transit Steamer Line, and went around the park. I watched they started the way at 9:40am from Mediterranean Harbor, and 5:00pm at Mermaid Lagoon.

いつもはショーやパレード中心に過ごしているわたしですが、今回はアトラクションもたくさんのりました。ソアリンだけは大人気で大行列ですが、お昼くらいにセンターオブジアース35分待ち、トイストーリーマニアも30分待ちと、いつもより短い待ち時間なので、8:00pm閉園でも十分でした。
I also enjoyed attractions so much. Soaring had too long queue, but I could try Center of the Earth with only 35 minutes wait, Toy Story Mania with 30 minutes wait. So short!!

そして、ディズニーシーで楽しみなのは、食事。今回はマゼランズでディナーコースをいただいてきました。一日たくさん歩いたから、ビールがおいしかったな。枝豆の冷製スープも沁みました。お酒を飲んだ後にも、パーク内を散策できるのがシーの良いところですよね。久しぶりにそれができて、本当に幸せでした。
And one of fun at Tokyo DisneySea is meal. I had good dinner at Magellan's. I very much enjoyed beer! Then walked around the park. Really happy time for me.

8月7日からは、年間パスポートでの抽選入園も始まって。わたしも8月は1日だけですが、当選してホッとしています。少しずつ、楽しめることが増えてくるとよいなと思っています。では、また。
I really hope I can feel more happiness from now on, at both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea.

おかえりなさい、東京ディズニーランド / Welcome back, Tokyo Disneyland

こんばんは、とってもご無沙汰しておりました。ねこたろうです。コロナウイルス騒動、みなさまいかがお過ごしでしたか？私はこうして旅ブログを書くほどの旅行好きなのに、どこにも出かけられないストレスと戦っておりました。なんとかピークを越えて（といっても、完全に収束したわけではないけど）、少しずつ日常が戻ってきたことをとてもうれしく感じます。
Hi, long time no see! This is Nekotaro. How have you been in this COVID-19 situation? I was coping with big stress, because I could not go out. I am now very happy because things are returning, and getting better day by day in Japan.

日常が戻ってきた、といえば、東京ディズニーランド、東京ディズニーシーの営業再開のニュース。だいぶ話題になっていたので、ご存知の方も多いでしょうね。私も開園日が決まってからそわそわ。チケット争奪戦に見事勝利し、開園後最初の日曜日に遊びに行ってきました。
When I say things are returning, I can not forget the reopening of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. I think this news is well-known in Japan. Of course I challenged to get tickets and visited Tokyo Disneyland last Sunday.

ただいま！！久しぶり！！
I am back! Long time no see!!

8時台にはお城の前でグリーティングがあり、遠巻きながらキャラクターたちに会えました。私のカメラだと、ちっちゃくしか映らなくて残念。
There was a greeting session in front of the castle sometime between 8:00 and 9:00am. I could meet Disney Characters.

8時の入園のピークを過ぎると、エントランス近辺はガラガラ。写真を撮りつつふらふらしていたら、ディズニーランドバンドと、七人の小人に遭遇しました。9時過ぎかな。「Disneyland is your land」とか演奏されたら、ホント泣いちゃう。ここにいるだけで幸せ。
After the peak of guests' entrance at 8:00am, the park entrance was very quiet. I was walking around World Bazzar, then I found Tokyo Disneyland Band and Seven Dwarfs. It was after 9:00am.

そのあとすぐに、グリーティングパレードも観ることができました。ミッキー、ミニー、プルート、ドナルド、グーフィーがフロートにのって、ご挨拶しながら進むパレードです。みなさんお元気そうで何よりです。
Then I could see the mini parade with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald and Goofy. Nothing is more important than seeing them happy.

ミッキーにもあえて、朝10時の時点でもはや満足でしたけど。この後はアトラクション三昧で過ごしました。この日は入園者数を相当絞っていたみたいで、待ち時間は5分～20分。しかもソーシャルディスタンスを保ちながら並ぶので、すごく安全に感じました。消毒も定期的にしているし、さすが、素晴らしい感染症対策でした。
I was satisfied already at 10:00am because I could meet Mickey Mouse. Then I enjoyed attractions whole day. There were few guests in the park on the day, waiting time was very short, only 5 to 20 minutes. Social distancing was perfect, sanitizing was also perfect. I felt very safe in the park.

久しぶりのパークごはんもおいしかったなぁ。最後に来たときは寒くてココアの季節だったのに、すっかり冷やし麺がおいしい気候になってしまいました。
Park foods were also good as always! The last time I had come here, it was so cold and good weather for hot cocoa. But now, it was already summer and good season for cold noodles. Terrible.

コロナウイルス対策ばっちりのパーク、変わったところもたくさんあったけど、やっぱり夢と魔法の王国でした。また感染者が増えて閉園なんてことにならないように、日常生活にも気を付けながら過ごしていこうと思います。あーあと、年パスがどうなるのかは早く知りたいなぁ。

DCL&WDW （5日目：下船日/Day5:Debarkation Day）

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。パークの休園期間が延びて、しょんぼりと暮らしております。楽しかった旅行の写真を見返したり、次のプランをぼんやりと練ったり、そんなことをして今は待つしかなさそうですね。さて、気を取り直して今日は、2019年年末～2020年年始のディズニークルーズとウォルトディズニーワールド旅行記、今日は2020/1/3の下船日のお話と、下船に向けた準備のお話です。
As you might know, the closure of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea was extended due to COVID-19. I am so sad but I would like to just wait for the next adventure! Then...today's story is about my experience on debarkation day, 2020 Jan-3rd, and to-dos for debarkation.

チップ/gratuity
クルーズ中、お世話になったクルーには、チップをお渡しすることになっています。メインサーバー、アシスタントサーバー、ヘッドサーバー、ステートルームホストの4人です。下船の前々日に、封筒と4人の名前が書かれている紙がお部屋に届いており、この紙を封筒に入れて本人たちにお渡しするのが、ディズニークルーズのルールだそうです。実際のお金はクレジットカードから引かれていて、きっとこの封筒を渡さなくても本人たちには届くんでしょうけど、お礼を伝えるためのイベントのひとつだと思ってやってみました。せっかくだから、日本から持ってきたお菓子も一緒に渡したら、とっても喜んでもらえました。クルーズ中、楽しませてくれた皆さんには本当に感謝です。
Guest need to give gratuity to crews who serve whole cruise trip. Main server, assistant server, head server, and state room host are the target. 2 days before the debarkation day, we got 4 envelopes and cards with crews' name in our room. Then we put these cards into the envelopes, and gave them. This is the rule of Disney Cruise Line. Actually, gratuity is charged from my credit card account, I don't think this "ceremony" is mandatory, but I did it as an event to say appreciation to the crews. I gave Japanese snacks (I bought them at Tokyo Disneyland) as well. They were very delighted with it. I really appreciate our crew and their happiest services.

下船後のバスの時間 / Bus after debarkation
私たちは下船後またウォルトディズニーワールド内のホテルに向かう予定でしたので、あらかじめクルーズシャトルを申し込んでおきました。片道35ドルです。前日に、集合時間などが書かれた紙がお部屋に投函されてました。バスの出発は9:00am、荷物の受け取りや税関のための時間を十分とれるように、8:15amまでには下船をしてください、という案内でした。
Because we planned to go back to Walt Disney World again after debarkation, we reserved Cruise Shuttle. 35 USD, one way, per person. We got an announcement document in our room. It said bus departure was at 9:00am, and we had to disembark the ship by 8:15am at latest to have enough time for luggage claim and US custom inspection.

荷物 / Luggage
下船日の前日には、キャラクターのイラストがついた荷物タグが届いています。このタグをつけて、下船前夜8:30pmから10:30pmまでにお部屋の外にスーツケースを置いておけば、下船日に税関のところまでおろしておいてくれるというサービスです。下船日はとてもあわただしくなるので、私たちもこのサービスを利用しました。
We also got luggage tags in our room. All luggage with tags could be carried out by crew if guests put them out of their room between 8:30pm to 10:30pm on the day before the debarkation. We used this service because we would be busy on the debarkation day.

朝食 / Breakfast
ファーストシーティングのゲストは6:45amから、セカンドシーティングのゲストは8:00amから、前日の夕食をとったレストランで朝食を食べることができます。航海中、朝食の時間は指定されていませんが、下船日はかぶらないように時間が指定されているんですね。レストランには荷物を全部持って、食事後すぐに下船できるようにしてください、と記載がありました。セカンドシーティングで、早く下船する必要がある人向けに、デッキ11のカバナスが6:30amから8:00amまで営業しています。
Breakfast was served in the same restaurant where guests were scheduled to dine on the last evening of the cruise. For the first seating guest, 6:45am, for the second seating, 8:00am. Guest had to bring their bag with them to the restaurant so that they could debark the ship following breakfast. For second seating guests who have to debark early, Cabanas was available from 6:30am to 8:00am.

さて、下船日の朝。まだ暗いうちに目が覚めてしまったのでベランダに出てみると、ちょうど港に入港するところを眺めることができました。さみしいけれど、船を降りなくてはね。私たちはセカンドシーティングで、でも8:15amまでに下船をしなければいけなかったので、朝食をカバナスでとりました。下を見ると、順調に荷下ろしが進んでいて、なんだかすごくスムーズにできてるなぁと感心してしまいました。私たちが下船したら、次のクルーズのゲストが乗り込んでくるわけで、クルーのみなさんにとってはあわただしい一日なわけですね。
Then our case. I got up early in the morning, while it was still dark. I came out to the veranda, I could see the ship was going to the port Canaveral. I was sad a bit, but it was the day of debarkation. As we were second seating guests and had to disembark by 8:15, we had breakfast at Cabanas. I really am impressed crews' smooth operation when I saw the luggage unloading. The debarkation day is very busy day for crews, because soon after the debarkation, the new guests come on board.

荷物をもって、いよいよ下船です。おっと、クルーズ中の写真を収めたUSBと、ナッソーで買ったラム酒を忘れずに受け取らなくては。どちらもデッキ3のロビーにあるカウンターで受け取ることができました。船を降りてターミナルに入ると、スーツケースがずらっと並んでいて、その中から自分たちの荷物を取り出します。そのあとは、税関のカウンター。どこから来たの？いつアメリカから出国するの？と少しだけ質問に答えたら、おしまい。あっさりと入国できました。
It was time for us to disembark. Don't forget to bring USB with pictures took during our cruise, and bottled rum bought in Nassau. I could pick up both at lobby on deck 3. We found our luggage at the terminal building. Then US custom and immigration. We answered some questions from custom officer, and got into US. That's easy for us.

クルーズターミナルを出ると、たくさんのシャトルが。Key to the Worldにどうやら行き先が書いてあるようで、カードを見せると、「ポップセンチュリーね！向こうに進んで！」と案内してもらえました。キャプテンミッキーがついたバスは、9:00am前に出発。どうやら、ある程度人数が集まったら出発するみたいですね。1時間ほどでポップセンチュリーリゾートに到着。ラッキーなことに、そのままお部屋にチェックインすることができました。結構てきぱきと動いたつもりでしたが、マジックキングダムに着いたのは12:00くらい。ファストパスなど、パークでの予定は12:30以降にしておいたほうが無難だと思います。
We walked out of the cruise terminal, we found many shuttle bus. A cast saw our Key to the World and guided us to the bus station. I think there was some sign on my Key to the World. We departed the station before 9:00am. I assume the bus depart when they get a certain number of guests. It took around 1 hour to Disney's Pop Century Resort. Luckily we could check in to the room soon. We finally got to Magic Kingdom park at 12:00 noon even though we could move smoothly. I think it's better to plan at any parks from 12:30pm.

DCL&WDW （4日目：洋上日/Day4:At Sea Day）

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。2019年年末～2020年年始のディズニークルーズとウォルトディズニーワールド旅行記、今日は2020/1/2の洋上日のお話です。
Today's story is about the 4th day of Disney Dream, on Jan-2nd, 2020. It was At Sea day.

洋上日とは、一日中どこにも寄港せずに、船の中で過ごす日のこと。ディズニードリーム号のバハマクルーズには、洋上日のない3泊と、洋上日のある4泊のものがありますが、私たちはあえて4泊の方を選びました。寄港日はやっぱり上陸して過ごしたいし、そうなると船の中の施設を楽しむ日が欲しいなと思ったのがその理由です。これはとっても良い判断でした。
The ship never call on At Sea day, and guests spend whole day on the ship. As for Bahamian cruise of Disney Dream, there were 2 selections usually, 3 nights or 4 nights. 3 nights cruise does not include At Sea day, that's why we chose 4 nights cruise. I think this was good decision.

この日の朝は、少しゆっくり起きて、ロイヤルパレスレストランで朝ごはん。たまたま、担当のサーバーさんがこのレストランにいたので、おしゃべりしながら注文しました。彼のおすすめのカクテル、モーニングミモザと、お気に入りのエッグベネディクトです。このころには私たちの好みもわかってくれているので、「食後は紅茶だよね？今日もアールグレイにする？」といった会話もあったりして、とても快適に過ごせました。朝食の後はミッキーとのグリーティング。この日は、花柄のシャツを着て、リラックスムードの彼でした。
We woke up a bit late, and had breakfast at Royal Palace. Our servers were there at the time, we chatted and ordered. I took Morning mimosa, their recommended cocktail, and lovely Egg benedict. They already knew our preference, so we felt so relaxed. After breakfast, I met Mickey Mouse in his floral print shirt. He looked so relaxed as well.

そのあとは、水着に着替えて、デッキ12へ。デッキチェアを確保して、日焼け止めを塗って、そしてアクアダックにチャレンジ。アクアダックとは、デッキ12にあるウォータースライダーです。30分くらい並んだかな？でも、ディズニードリーム号に乗ったからには、一度は乗ってみたかったので満足です。大人用のプールでは、お酒を飲みながらのんびりしている人たちもいました。ランチもそのまま、プールサイドで。やっぱりハンバーガーがおいしかったです。
I changed into my swimwear, and went to deck 12. We tried AQUA DUCK, a water slider on board. It is Must-do on Disney Dream cruise! Lunch was served at the poolside. Hamburger was good as well as the day before.

そんな感じで、私たちはプールサイドでごろごろと過ごした洋上日でした。洋上日は日中もグリーティングをやっているので、キャラクター好きの方は忙しいかも。ちょうど劇場上映中だった最新のスターウォーズも上映してましたし、キャラクターのダンスパーティーもあったり、ビンゴがあったり、いろんな楽しみ方があります。
We didn't do too much on the day. If you like greeting, you will have many opportunities. The brand new STAR WARS was available at the theater, the dance party with characters, bingo party, and so on. So many fun activities on At Sea Day.

この日のショーは、ディズニービリーブ。ディナーは、朝と同じ、ロイヤルパレスでした。ここで担当サーバーさんとお別れ。4日間毎日会っていたので、ちょっとさみしい気持ちになりながらの食事でした。
The of the night was Disney's Believe. Then we took dinner at Royal Palace. It was sad to say goodby to our servers.

クルーズ最後のイベントは、See Ya Real Soonでした。ミッキーと仲間たち、プリンセスたちと、お別れをするショーです。ロビーアトリウムで10:15pmからでした。ショーの途中で、キャラクターたちと写真を撮れる時間がありますので、デッキ3にいるとよいと思います。私は、クルーズコスチュームのグリーティングで会えなかった、チップ＆デールとデイジーと写真を撮りました。キャラクターたちと会えるのはこれが最後なんですよね。ますますさみしくなりました。
The last event of the cruise was "See Ya Real Soon", a farewell party with Princesses, Mickey and his pals. It started at 10:15pm at lobby atrium. Guests have chance to take pictures with characters, so it's better to stay on deck 3. I could meet Daisy, Chip and Dale in their cruise costumes. This is the last chance to meet them. I felt so sad to say goodby.
