うさたまを探せ！@TDL / Search for Usatama!

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。東京ディズニーランドのイースター、パレード以外にも楽しいことが盛りだくさんなんです。それがパーク内ではしゃぐうさたまたちです。
There is one more fun for Disney Easter at Tokyo Disneyland. It is...many Usatamas in the park.

ワールドバザールでショーウインドウを覗き込んでいるうさたま。ベンチでくつろいでいる（暑くてだらけている？）うさたま。
An Usatama watching show window at World Bazzar, and some were on the bench.

シンデレラ城の前にもたくさんいます。チップに追いかけられているのもいますね。
There are many in front of Cinderella Castle. Chip is trying to catch one.

なんとなく見て回るのも楽しいですが、時間があったので、「うさたまを探せ！」に挑戦してみました。「Today」にこんな冊子が挟まっていて、うさたまキャッチャーを持ったうさたまをパーク内で探し、マップにシールをはっていくというゲームです。すべて探してキャストの方に報告すると、シールがもらえちゃいました。
Just walking around was also good but I tried "Searching for Usatama!" last time. A book was inside "Today", park schedule guide. It was a park map to mark when guests found Usatama with a net. Once everything completed, then cast members gave a sticker.

こんな高いところにいたり、のんびりゴルフしていたり。どこなのかは、、、探してみてのお楽しみです。イースターのパークは、お散歩だけでも和めますね。
One was on the roof, and one was playing golf. I can't say where they were. Please try "Searching for Usatama!".

うさたま大脱走！@TDL / Usatama on the Run!

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。前回の記事では、東京ディズニーシーのTip Top イースターを紹介しましたが、今回はディズニーランドのほうのイースターのほうのお話です。早めのランチを食べたあと、ディズニーランドに移動しました。
I wrote about Tip-Top Easter!, the show of Disney Easter at Tokyo DisneySea last time, and I would like to share my experience of Easter event at Tokyo Disneyland. I moved to Tokyo Disneland after lunch on last Sunday.

ディズニーランドのイースターのメインは、うさたま大脱走！というパレードです。この日は1日2回の公演でした。このパレード、途中で停止してキャラクターたちと一緒にダンスを踊るため、どのキャラクターを見たいのかによって、待つ場所を気にする必要があります。私は、1回目停止のミッキーポジション。ちょうど、白雪姫の願いの井戸へ向かう通路の前で待機しました。2時間半前に到着して、前から4列目くらい、、、開始2時間前には、座れる場所はほとんどなくなっていましたので、まあ、ちょっとした戦いですね。
The main of Disney Easter at TDL is "Usatama on the Run!" parade. There were 2 shows on the day. As it stopped twice on the parade route and mini dance time happen, guests need to think where they watch it according to character preference. I waited in front of the pathway to Snow White's wishing pond, because I wanted to watch Mickey Mouse. When I arrived there, it was 2 and half hours before the parade start, there already was 3 groups in front of me. It is a kind of battle to get nice position!

さて肝心のパレードはというと、これがまたとってもかわいいんです。パレード到着前にはみんなで振り付けの練習がありますので、しっかり覚えて準備しましょう。最初に到着したダンサーさんはカラフルなうさたまを背負って登場。そしてプルート。耳つけてる！
By the way, the parade itself was so much cute! Guests joined dance training before the parade started. The first dancer carried so many colorful Usatamas. Then Pluto! He were with rabbit ears.

次のフロートはミッキー。ここで停止してミニショーが始まります。新しいお顔は、このパレードにはとっても良く合っていると個人的には感じます。うさたまをもって首をかしげたポーズ。あざとかわいいじゃないか。
Next, Mickey Mouse. The mini show started in front of me. I think his new look really suited to this charming parade. He held Usatama and put his head on on side, clever and cute:)

ディズニー映画に出てくるうさぎたちが乗ったフロートの次は、チップとデール。彼らだけ小さめのカートに乗っているので、ちょっと写真撮るのは難しかったです。ミニーは大きな望遠鏡でうさたまを探しているみたい。
Many Disney rabbits followed. Chip and Dale were on the small cart, so it was difficult to take their pictures. Minnie was searching Usatamas by big telescope.

続いてドナルド。デイジーはなぜかハートのめがねのうさたまを叱っていました。なんでだろう？続いてグーフィー、最後にニックとジュディーでした。
Then Donald. Daisy was scolding Usatama with heart glasses. I didn't understand why:P Goofy came, and the parade finished with Nick and Judy.

今回は写真を撮ることについつい集中しちゃいましたが、一緒に踊って盛り上がってこそこのパレードな気もしました。アップテンポな音楽がまた楽しいんですよね。余裕が出てきたら、振り付け覚えてガンガン参加してみようと思います。
I focused on taking pictures at the time, but I thought dancing with the parade was the perfect way to enjoy this parade. Uptempo music and colorful outfits! I will try to learn the dance and join it next time.

Tip-Top イースター@TDS / Tip-Top Easter

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。4月4日から、ディズニーイースターがスタートしましたね。今日はさっそく、東京ディズニーシーに、Tip-Top イースターを見に行ってきました。
Disney Easter started from April 4th! I watched Tip-Top Easter! at Tokyo DisneySea today.

Tip-Top イースターの第1回公演は抽選がないということなので、久しぶりに場所取りにチャレンジです。ディズニーシーのゲートに到着したのが7:40am、もうちょっと早起きするつもりだったんですが起きれず、、、すでに長い長い入園待ちの列ができてました。ゲートをくぐったのが8:15am。でもなんとギリギリ、ミッキー広場の座り見を取ることができました！私の後は10人くらいで、座り見のご案内終了でしたので、本当にラッキーです。
There was no lottery of seats for the 1st show of "Tip-Top Easter!". I challenged waking up early to get good seat. It was already 7:40am when I was in the queue for the park gate, and there was long long line for park entrance. I went through the gate at 8:15am. I thought I was late but luckily I got my space at Mickey Plaza at Mediterranean Harbor. Only about 10 people could be inside the Plaza. I was so much lucky.

ショーの始まりはファンファーレ。たくさんのダンサーたちがステージに出てきます。バレエあり、アクロバットありでにぎやかでした。ディズニーキャラクターたちはバージに乗って登場です。そしてバージのたまご部分から生まれたのは、、、うさピヨ！すごい数のうさピヨがステージにやってきました。これからミッキーと仲間たちが、うさピヨと遊ぶために、イースター・ファンフェアを開くんですって。
Show started with a fanfare. Many dancers, ballet acrobat and so on, came to the stage. Disney Characters came by barges. Then Usapiyos came out from barges! So many Usapiyos came on the stage. Mickey Mouse and his friends have opened an Easter funfair with a dance contest and other fun elements so that everyone can have a good time with the “usapiyos.”

最初に広場に降りてきたのは、グーフィー、ドナルド、デイジー。歌ったり踊ったり、コンテストを開催。うさピヨたちが大活躍です。
Goofy, Donald and Daisy came to the stage at the Plaza. There were dance and sing contest with Usapiyos.

ずっとバージの上にいた、ミッキーとミニーもステージにやってきました。うさピヨたちとのファンフェアは続きます。とにかく、ステージ上が黄色い！
Mickey and Minnie, were on the barge until the middle of show, came on the stage. The Easter funfair kept on. The stage was in yellow because many Usapiyos there.

クライマックスには、空にカイトが！仲良しなミッキーミニー。ほっこりしますね。ショーの終わりにはホテルミラコスタの鐘が鳴り響きました。
Climax was colorful kites on the sky! Mickey and Minnie were lovely as always. The show ended with the sound of bell of Hotel MiraCosta.

とにかく、うさピヨのインパクトがすごくて、ほかのキャラクターの存在が薄れてしまうほどでした。プルート、チップとデール、ダッフィーと仲間たちもいましたが、ミッキー広場に来ることはなく、お目当てのキャラクターがいる場合は事前に調べて場所取りをしたほうがよさそうですね。個人的には、去年のクリスマスの「イッツ・クリスマスタイム！」のほうが好みかなぁ。。。なにせ、うさピヨの数が多くてね。
Anyway Usapiyos' impact was really shocking for me! I saw Pluto, Chip, Dale, Duffy and friends on the barges, but I couldn't see them at Mickey Plaza. So I highly recommend to learn where to watch the show if you have favorite characters. To be honest I like "It's Christmas Time!", Christmas show in the last year, better than this, because too many Usapiyos:(

[今日のランチ / Today's Lunch]
カフェ・ポルトフィーノでイースターのスペシャルセットメニューをいただきました。前菜にはカラフルなうずらたまご。メインはトマトベースのシーフードパスタか、トマトのカルボナーラから選べます。私は、カルボナーラにしました。そしてデザート、目玉焼きに見えますがパンナコッタなんです。かわいい。ドリンクがついて、1880円でした。ごちそうさまでした。
I had Easter's special menu at Cafe Portofino. I found colored quail's egg on the starter. Guests can choose a pasta, tomato based seafood pasta or tomato carbonara. I had a carbonara. Dessert was a panna cotta like sunny side up egg! So cute. This special menu was 1880 yen including soft drink.

ニュールックのミッキー / New looking Mickey Mouse

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。今日は夜から、ニュールックのミッキーミニーに会いに行ってきました。一眼レフカメラがリハブ中のため、写真はスマホクオリティです。すいません。
I met Mickey and Minnie with new looking today. As my camera is under refurbishment, pictures was taken by smart phone. Sorry.

まずは、ディズニーシーでハロー、ニューヨーク！を鑑賞。35周年が終わったので、終盤の曲や後ろの幕が変わっていました。肝心の新しいお顔ですが、、どうですかね？以前の写真と比べちゃうと、やっぱりちょっと違和感はあるかなぁというのが正直なところ。
First, I watched "Hello, New York!", a stage show at Tokyo DisneySea. As 35th years anniversary event ended, the song of the last phase was defferent from its event period. And, Mickey and Minnie's face, the essential part of my visit, were .... to be honest I felt strange when I saw previous looking.

そのあとは、ディズニーランドに移動して、ミートミッキーへ。年パスの除外日ということもあり、20時過ぎていたこともあり、待ち時間はなんと35分でした。会えたのは魔法使いの弟子ミッキー。（ちなみに、私が行くときはなぜか弟子ミッキーばかりに当たります。蒸気船ウィリーには会えたことがない！）2枚目の写真は動画のキャプチャーですが、この表情、かわいいー。
Then I moved to Tokyo Disneyland and met Mickey Mouse. It was black out day of annual passport, and it was 8:00pm already, the queue was only 35 minutes. I met Sorcerer Mickey! The second picuter is captured from movie, but look! he was so cute. (By the way, I don't know why but I often meet Sorcerer Mickey at Meet Mickey. I never meet Steamboat Willie. It's weird.)

ほかのショーのミッキーにも会いたくなっちゃいました。次に行くのが楽しみ！
I wanna meet Mickey Mouse more. I am looking forward to going there next time:)

ハピエスト・セレブレーション！ / Happiest Celebration!

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。東京ディズニーリゾート35周年のお祝い、ハピエスト・セレブレーション！も終わりが近づいてきました。ミッキーミニーのお顔問題もあり、春休みということもありで、パークの中は連日大混雑でしたね。私も混雑に負けずに、昨日はパークに行ってきました。
”Happiest Celebration!", 35th anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort will end soon. Because of Mickey and Minnie's new face issue, and spring holidays, both parks were really crowded these days. I visited there yesterday.

悔いのないように、ということで、ミッキーパンを食べてみたり。装飾をとってみたり。
I tried Mickey Bread so that I will regret nothing, and took many pictures.

ハピエストセレブレーションライナーにもちょうど乗れました。
I could get Happiest Celebration Liner.

セレブレーションストリートのタワーやプロジェクションマッピングがなくなるのは、さみしくなりますね。プロジェクションマッピングのほうは七夕に復活するようですが、あの音楽。「１！２！３！」って、何度聴いたことか。またいつか何かで耳にしたときに、懐かしく思うのかな？
I will miss Celebration Street. Especially the music! I listened "1! 2! 3!", the call, repeatedly. I will feel nostalgic about the music.

ちなみに、途中でディズニーシーに移動してビッグバンドビートを見てきたんですが、お隣の席のかたは涙を流しながらの鑑賞でした。ニュールックもかわいいと思いつつ、やっぱりなじみのお顔が見られなくなるのはさみしいわけで・・・涙が出ちゃう気持ちもわかります。来週からはまた新しい楽しさが始まるのかな？さみしさとワクワクさが入り混じる週末でした。
I also watched "Big Band Beat" at Tokyo DisneySea. The girl next to me was crying during the show. I think she were thinking about Mickey's face. I like his new face, but I also am sad that I will not be able to see his current familiar face. I believe I will meet new happiness of Disney from now on, but I missed parting days. mixed feelings.

ミッキーミニーのお顔問題 / New look of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。ミッキーミニーの新しいお顔問題。Yahooニュースのトップ記事にもなっていたので、ご存知の方も多いかと思います。ニューフェイスとかニュールックとか、いろいろ呼び名はあるようですが、とにかく、東京ディズニーリゾートでもふたりの顔が従来と変わる！とざわざわしています。2月28日のプレスリリースで公表された、新しいコスチュームのお披露目の記事が発端で、コスチュームよりも顔にざわついたわけですね。
Do you know the news about faces of Mickey and Minnie. On February-28th, Tokyo DisneyResort released the news about new costume for Easter event, but many Disney fans focused on not their costume but their face. Because their faces were different from current.

日本以外のディズニーパークでは、すでに新しいお顔に変わっているそうです。日本では、賛成派、反対派、違いに気付かなかった派と分かれているそうですが、わたしはというと、どっちでもいい派。海外パークコンプリートを目標にしていた私からすると、すでに新しい顔でも違和感を感じなくなってきているというのが本音です。今日は、過去の写真を見ながら、当時の私が新しいお顔（日本と違うお顔）に対して、何を感じていたのか、振り返ってみます。
Disney Parks except Tokyo, faces of Mickey and Minnie were already new. Here in Japan, many Disney fans have discussion on the internet. Some supports, some opposes the change, and some don't mind. As I aimed to visit all Disney Parks all over the world, I don't feel anything unnatural about new faces.

最初の出会いは香港でした。2017年夏の香港ディズニーランド。ニュールックの写真が残っていますが、特にコメントなく。もしかして気付いてもいなかったかも？
The first time I met the new look was at Hong Kong Disneyland, 2017. I found pictures of new look, but I didn't make any comments about faces. I think I didn't aware of the difference.

同じく2017年夏の上海では、こんなこと書いてました。
When I visited Shanghai Disneyland in 2017, I mentioned Mickey Mouse.

上海では、ミッキーの家ではなく、「ミッキークラブ」と書かれた建物の中でミッキーに会えます。この時間はまだ混んでおらず、30分待ちでご対面。あれ、ミッキーちょっと太った？ In Shanghai Disneyland, we can meet Mickey Mouse at the building "Mickey Club", not his house. The line was not crowded yet, and I could meet him in around 30 min. But...Mickey? did you get weight?

確かに、ちょっとうごきがもっさりしていて、かわいくなかったんですよねー。ダンスもおじさんみたいだったし。
Indeed, his movement was unfashionable, and he was not cute...

2017年冬のアナハイムは、ショーもグリーティングもすべてニュールック。かわいいと思ったことを覚えています。
Anaheim in 2017, all faces were new look. I remember that I felt they were really cute.

そして驚いたのは2017年冬のディズニーワールド。この時は、一部は舞浜同じお顔、一部はニュールックの写真が残っているんですが、私はそのことに全く気付いていませんでした！最近写真を見ながら振り返って気付いたくらい。一般人の感覚だったんですね。（今となっては違いを見分けることはできてますけどね。）
I was surprised a bit about Walt Disney World trip in 2017. Some were old, and some were new, but I didn't realized the difference until now!

そのあとはずっとニュールックのミッキーばかり。2018年冬のパリも。この時のミッキーはとってもジェントルだったなぁ。
In 2018, I met new faces in every Disney Parks. At Disneyland Paris, Mickey was so gentle.

たぶんですね、かわいさって動き方次第だと思うんです。国によって、ちょっとずつポーズのとり方や動き方が違いますし。上海でもっさりと横柄に感じて、アナハイムの時はすごくかわいいと思いました。ということは、、、日本のミッキーの動き方であればきっとかわいく感じるはず！どんなミッキーミニーに会えるのか、楽しみです。
I think loveliness depends on the movement of characters. I feel movements and poses are different from each countries. I felt Shanghai Mickey was unfashionable, but Anaheim Mickey was really cute. Thus, I believe Tokyo Mickey with new look should be really cute! I love to meet new Mickey and Minnie:)

ノエルのディズニーランド・パリ（インベンションズのサンデーブランチ） / Christmas time at Disneyland Paris (Sunday Brunch at Inventions)

こんばんは、ねこたろうです。今日はパリのディズニーランド・ホテルのレストラン、インベンションズのサンデーブランチのお話です。
Hi. I would like to write about Sunday brunch at Inventions, a restaurant at Disneyland Hotel in Paris.

インベンションズはブッフェのレストラン。公式サイトによると、朝食にはキャラクターは出て来ず、ランチとディナー、日曜日のサンデーブランチにのみキャラクターが出てくるそうです。中でもサンデーブランチが特に人気。いろんなファンサイトを見ても、必ず行くべし的なことが書いてありました。ということで、予約は必須。私は予約開始日当日にダイニングリザベーションサービスに電話して予約しました。
Inventions is buffet service restaurant. According to official web site, no Disney Character experience during breakfast. During lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, guests can meet and greet with them. Especially Sunday brunch is so much popular. Some fan sites said it was Must-try. So, advance reservation is highly recommended. I made it through Dining Reservation Service dial on the start day of reservation.

どうしてサンデーブランチが人気なのかというと、キャラクターたちが毎週違う衣装で登場するからなんだそうです。その分お値段もお高めの99ユーロ。でも、これがとっても楽しかったし、おいしかったんです。次にパリに行くときもぜひ行きたいと思いました。
The reason why Sunday brunch is so popular is, Disney Characters come to the restaurant in various outfits. The price was 99 EUR per one adult, expensive to be honest. However it was really fun and delicious! I want to try again next trip to Paris.

訪れたのは12月。（ああ、もうずいぶん前の話ですね・・・。）ホテルの入り口を入ると、大きなクリスマスツリーが。レストランはちょうどチケット売り場の上あたりにありますので、渡り廊下を歩いて向かいます。レストランにもツリーがありました。サンデーブランチの始まりは1:00pmと書かれていますが、私の予約時間は12:45pm。実際は12:30pmくらいにオープンして、すぐに席に案内してもらえたので、早めに行くのがよさそうです。
I visited there in December, (the time has passed...it's March today) Big Christmas tree was on the lobby floor. As Inventions is over the ticketing counter of Disneyland Paris, I moved through the connecting passageway. Another Christmas tree was in front of the restaurant. The official start time of Sunday brunch was 1:00pm, and my reservation was at 12:45pm, but I could be inside at 12:30pm. So, I think it's better to arrive early.

お席に案内されると、まずはグラスでシャンパンがサーブされます。さすがフランスですね。お酒が苦手な方はオレンジジュースをもらっているようでした。テーブルにはパンがぎっしり入ったかご。このパンがまたおいしかったんですよね。お料理も豊富でした。生牡蠣まであったんです。これはなかなか豪華。生ハムやフォアグラはテーブルのパンと相性最高。この日のテーマ、「オリエンタル」に合わせてなのか、クスクスやあまーいバクラヴァもありました。
Once I got the table, a glass of champagne was served first. For those who don't like champagne, they could choose orange juice instead. Many breads on the table in advance. These breads were really good. Meals on the buffet were gourgeous. I had raw oysters:) Raw ham and foie gras were suited to breads perfectly. There also were couscous and sweet baklava, I think these were related "Oriental" the theme on the day.

食事ばかりに気を取られているわけにはいきません。素敵な衣装のキャラクターたちとのグリーティングもしなくちゃ。オリエンタルな衣装、とってもかわいかったです。ちなみに、キャストの方々もキャラクターたちに合わせてアラビアンコーストみたいな、オリエンタルなコスチュームでした。この日にいたキャラクターは、ミッキー、ミニー、ドナルド、デイジー、プルート、グーフィー、ジーニー、ジャファー（店内を歩いているところが威圧的！）、アラジン、ジャスミンで、結局全員と写真を撮るために閉店時間の3:00pmまで居てしまいました。
Not only meal, but also the greetings with Disney Characters in beautiful outfits was things must to do at Inventions. Oriental outfits were cute and adorable. Cast members were also in oriental costume like Arabian Coast at Tokyo DisneySea. The characters I met on this day were, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Pluto, Goofy, Genie, Jafar, Aladdin and princess Jasmine. I was there until 3:00pm, close time, to meet all.

次に行くときはどんなお洋服なのかな？これは癖になるキャラクターダイニングです。また散財しちゃうな・・・。
What kind of outfits they will be in next time? Visiting Sunday Brunch at Invention will spoil me...
