アウラニひとり旅、1日目。キャラクターグリーティングやアクティビティを楽しんでいたらあっという間に夕方。夕暮れのホテルをお散歩してみます。子供用のプールは5:00pmまで、流れるプールは6:00pmまで、大人用のプールのみが8:00pmまでとあって、落ち着いた雰囲気になってきました。
On the 1st day of my travel to Aulani. While I enjoyed Disney Character Greeting and hotel activities, it became dark. I walked through the resort. Children's pool was closed at 5:00pm, stream pool at 6:00pm, and only Adult's pool was available on the time. It was getting calm.
このいい雰囲気のなかお酒を飲みたくなったので、夕食はオレロルームでとることに。ホテル1階部分にあるバーで、朝食の時間帯にはマカヒキに来るゲストとミッキーが写真を撮っているあたりです。「オレロ」とはハワイ語で、「単語」とか「語り合い」といった意味だそうで、バーの壁面にはびっしりと、ハワイ語の単語が書かれていました。
As I felt to have some drink in this calm atmosphere, I went to 'Olelo Room, a bar on the 1st floor. It is photo spot with Mickey Mouse for Makahiki guests while breakfast. The Hawaiian word "'Olelo" means "word" or "conversation". There were many Hawaiian words on the wall.
写真に惹かれて飲み物はカクテルを注文。ビールの種類も豊富でしたし、グラスワインも、ノンアルコールのカクテルもそろっています。おつまみもいくつかありましたが、ハワイアンランチャーズスライダーというのを頼んでみました。ジューシーなパティとベーコン、アボカドがはいったミニバーガーみたいなものです。パンがハワイのスイートブレッドで、この甘さが癖になるおいしさ。魔女っ子ミニーの焼き印が押してあるのはハロウィーンだったからかもしれません。ミニバーガーといってもボリュームはたっぷりでおなかいっぱいになりました。ひとり旅だと、1つでおなかいっぱいになってしまうのがさみしいところです。
I ordered a glass of cocktail. There were many kind of beer, glass wine and non-alcohol cocktail on the menu. I also ordered Hawai’i Ranchers Sliders. Juicy beef, bacon and avocado were good. And I loved Hawaiian sweet bread. Witch Minnie's stamp on the bread, I think, because it was Halloween time. Even though it was mini burger, I became full while I want try more dishes. This is one disappointing think of solo travel.
ハワイアンミュージックの生演奏を聴きながらのおいしいお酒とごはん。夜になって風も涼しく・・・アウラニって、本当に楽園です。この日は夜にもグリーティングがあったので、さらに楽しんでからお部屋に戻りました。おやすみなさい。
Great cocktail and food with Hawaiian music play:) It was cooler after dark. Aulani was so wonderful. I enjoyed greeting with Mickey and Goofy after dinner, then went back to my room.
