こんばんは、ねこたろうです。今日は、東京ディズニーシーの方の、ニューイヤーズ・グリーティングを見てきました。東京ディズニーランドと同様、今年のニューイヤーズ・グリーティングは、1月1日から6日まで、1日2回公演です。本当に期間が短いですが、着物を着ているキャラクターを見られるのはこの時しかないので、ぜひとも時間を作っていただきたいです。
I visited Tokyo DisneySea, and watched "New Year's Greeting", a water show. "New Year's Greeting" holds twice a day, from Jan-1 to 6 as same as Tokyo Disneyland. The chances to watch are very few, but it is very rare to find meet Disney Characters wearing Kimono. I highly recommended it.

開催されているのは、メディテレーニアンハーバー。船に乗ったキャラクターたちが、それぞれお正月に関連したものを持ってやってきます。ミッキーは凧、ミニーは扇子、プルートは首の飾りがしめ縄になってますね。グーフィーは杵、ドナルドはコマ、デイジーは羽子板です。
It was held around Mediterranean Harbor. Disney Characters came by ship, and had Japanese traditional goods of new year period. Mickey had a kite, and Minnie had a folding fan. Pluto didn't have but his batch became "Shimenawa", a sacred straw rope (kind of new year's decoration). Goofy had a pestle (especially used for creation of rice cake). Donald had a spinning top, and Daisy had a "Hagoita" (battledore).
船は、ザンビーニブラザーズリストランテ前→ミッキー広場前→リドアイル前の3か所で少し止まって、それぞれがお正月にやりたいことを発表していました。最後は、海の中央で止まり、ミッキーがやりたいことを発表します。彼は凧あげをやりたいんだそうです。（ここでジェットスキーが来て凧があがるのかと思ったら、来ませんでした。ちょっと肩すかし。）
The ship stopped 3 times, in front of Zambini Brothers Ristrante, Mickey Plaza (Piazza Topolino), and Lido Isle, and every characters told something they wanted to do during new year period. Then the ship stopped in the middle of the harbor, Mickey said he wanted to fly a kite.
もう一度、海の部分をぐるっと一周して、ショーはおしまい。ディズニーランドに比べると、全員が船の高いところにいるので見やすい気がします。お着物がよく似合っていてとってもかわいい。来年のお正月が楽しみです。
The ship went around the harbor again, then show ended. I think it was easier to see them than Disneyland because they were on the top of the ship. They were very cute in their Kimono. I am already looking forward to watching it next year.
[今日のランチ / Today's Lunch]
カフェ・ポルトフィーノで、シェフのおすすめセットをいただきました。イベントのはざま、12/26から1/8までのメニューなので、ある意味レアものですかね。ドリンクはプラス310円で、ワインカクテルにしてもらいました。
I had Chef's special at Cafe Portofino. It is available only between Dec-26 to Jan-8. I changed soft drink to wine cocktail with adding 310 yen.
