年末のWDW旅行、4日目。年が明けて1月1日のお話です。前日、ホテルに着いたのがかなり遅かったこともあり、正直なところぐったり。しかも雨だしものすごく寒いし、フロリダじゃないみたいな気候でした。この日から数日間はウォーターパークがクローズしていたそうです。泳ぐどころか半袖だって無理だわ。ということで、エプコットについてすぐにポンチョを買いました。大人サイズは税抜きで9.39ドル。値段不明ですが、こどもサイズもありました。
Our trip to WDW, Day 4, on Jan-1. We went back our hotel very late last night, we were tired, to be honest. In addition, it was cold and rainy day. It was not ordinary weather in Florida. Water parks were closed on the day and few more days. Therefore I bought a poncho right after we got EPCOT. It was 9.39 USD without tax, for adult size. There were Kids size as well.
最初のアトラクションはミッション：スペース。宇宙飛行士の研修プログラムに参加できるというアトラクションです。強い重力を感じるというオレンジミッションと、動きが控えめなグリーンミッションに分かれています。私たちはもちろんグリーンミッション。乗り物酔いしやすいのでね。乗り物の中には、気分が悪くなった人向けの、撥水の袋が・・・。オレンジミッション、どんだけ激しいんでしょう・・・。
First activity was Mission : SPACE, an attraction where guests can experience NASA-style training. Orange Mission for an intense journey, and Green Mission is mild version. We of course took Green, because we have motion sickness. In the ride, there were sick bags. I can't imagine how Orange Mission intense.
そのあとは「ザ・ランド」という建物に移動。ガーデン・グリル・レストランでランチです。ここは円形のレストランで、すこーしずつ回ってるんですね。私はこの動きがちょっと苦手でした・・・。疲れてたせいもあるのかな？
We moved to "The Land" building, and it was lunch time at Garden Grill Restaurant. This restaurant was spinning around slowly. I didn't feel good with this movement. I think because I was tired...
お料理はセットメニューです。お野菜たっぷり、ボリュームもたっぷり！ひとり45ドル（税抜き、チップ別）でした。
The meal was set menu. So many vegetables and so much volume! It was 45 USD per person (without Tax, Tip)
It was Character Dining. We met Chip and Dale, Mickey Mouse and Pluto.
After lunch, The Sea with Nemo and Friends. Exit of the attraction, there was an aquarium. I loved it. We could watch real fishes, divers, and explanations of sharks.
At Epcot Character Spot, we met Baymax. Waiting time was around 50 min. I heard aerial sound from his body when I hugged him. Then Mickey Mouse, Goofy and Minnie Mouse. We could meet all three by waiting once.
そのあとはワールドショーケースの方へ移動。いろいろな国を紹介するパビリオンが並んでいます。ちょっとした世界旅行みたいな気分。メキシコではドナルドに、ノルウェーではアナとエルサに、中国ではムーランに会えました。
Then we moved to World Showcase area. There were many pavilions which showed each countries. It was like a travel around the world. We met Donald Duck at MEXICO, Anna and Elsa at NORWAY, and Mulan at CHINA.
天気がよければもっと楽しめたんでしょうが、長く居るには寒すぎました。もうちょっと見たかったけどここでおしまい。ホテルに戻りました。ホテルで軽くご飯を食べて、パッキングして、ちょっとだけ眠ったらもう日本に向けて出発。やっぱり5泊だけだとあわただしいですね～。またいつか、今度はもうちょっと長く滞在したいな。
If it was good weather we could enjoy more, but too cold to stay long time. I really wanted to stay more but we went back to our hotel. We took dinner at hotel, then packed luggage and took a nap. Then we moved to the airport to take flight to Japan. 5 nights were not enough for me.... I hope I can stay more next time!
