こんばんは、ねこたろうです。夏休みのWDWひとり旅、今日は2日目のランチ、トニーズ・タウンスクエア・レストランの話です。
This is about my Walt Disney World trip, lunch at Tony's Town Square Restaurant on the 2nd day.
トニーズ・タウンスクエア・レストランは、マジックキングダムのメインストリートUSAにあるレストランです。ミッキーとのグリーティングができる施設のすぐ隣にあります。店内には、わんわん物語の絵がたくさん飾られていました。
Tony's Town Square Restaurant is at Main Street USA, Magic Kingdom. It is next to Town Square where guests can meet Mickey Mouse. I found many pictures from "Lady and the Tramp" around the table.
普通に予約をすることもできますが、今回はフェスティバル・オブ・ファンタジーパレードのダイニングパッケージとして予約をしました。パレードの鑑賞エリアへの入場チケットがついて54ドル（チップと税は含まず）、ダイニングポイントはテーブルサービス1ポイント分で利用ができます。これで、前菜、メイン、デザートとドリンクがついてくるので、ダイニングプランで利用するととってもお得に感じます。
It can be reserved as a general reservation, but I tried to book as Disny Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package. This included parade viewing ticket, only 54 USD (Tip nd Tax excluded). I used Dining Plan, one Table Service point, with an appetizer, main dish, dessert and drink. I think it was reasonable with Dining Plan.
お料理はアラカルトのメニューから好きなものを選べます。ハウスサラダ、イタリアントリオという名前のチキンとパスタの盛り合わせプレート。このプレートはものすごく量が多くて、2人前かと思うくらいでした。フォカッチャもついてきます。デザートはこってり系の選択肢もたくさんありましたが、ラズベリーのソルベでさっぱりと。暑かったのでアイスティーをがぶがぶいただいて、まったりランチタイムを楽しみました。
Guests could choose what you want from a la carte menu. I had house salad, Itarian trio with chicken and pasta, and Raspberry sorbet. Some breads served. Free flow iced tea was very good for hot weather on the day. It was great lunch time.
さて、食事が終わったあとは、フェスティバル・オブ・ファンタジーパレードの鑑賞です。チケットで入れるのは、レストランの目の前、メインストリートUSAの国旗の周りでした。お城を真正面に臨む部分も鑑賞エリアに入っています。正面からやってくるパレードは、迫力満点です。
After lunch, it was time for Festival of Fantasy Parade! The viewing area for restaurant guests were in front of the restaurant. Around flag at Main Street USA. Right in front of the castle was also in the viewing area. It was powerful when I watched it facing directly:)
昼間のパレードはたくさんのキャラクターがやってきて、楽しいですね。明るいので写真も撮りやすい。
Daytime parade is very fun with many Disney characters!
一番の見どころは、この火を吐くドラゴンだと思います。そして最後にやってくるミッキーとミニー。とても幸せなパレードでした。
The highlight of the parade is, I think, the dragon. Final float was Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. It was a happy parade:)
ダイニングパッケージを使わなくても、パレードルート上で鑑賞場所はたくさんありますが、このお城の真正面ポジションはパッケージならではのもの。54ドルは高いですが、ダイニングポイントの消費を兼ねてであれば、アリだな、と思います。なによりも、この暑い夏にクーラーの効いた部屋が用意されていたというのが、救いでもありました。
If you don't use the Dining Package, there still are many place to watch it. However, direct front of the castle is exclusive for the Dining Package. 54 USD is expensive....but it was worth to use it with Dining Plan for me.
