こんばんは、ねこたろうです。関東は梅雨寒の毎日で、まだ夏が来たという気分ではありませんが、七夕が終わり、東京ディズニーリゾートは夏のイベントがスタートしました。先日の土曜日はさっそく、東京ディズニーランドのほうのイベント、「ドナルドのホット・ジャングル・サマー」を楽しんできました。
Hi, as it is cold rainy day around Tokyo, I can't believe it is already July:( However, soon after Tanabata event, Summer event at Tokyo Disney Resort has started. I joined "Donald's Hot Jungle Summer" last Saturday.
今年の夏のポイントは、水しぶきを浴びながら見るショーが、日中と夜と2種類あること。どちらもお城の前のステージで行われています。日中のショーは「ジュディとニックのジャンピン・スプラッシュ」で、公演1回目を除き中央鑑賞エリアは抽選制になっています。夜のショーは「オー！サマー・バンザイ！」というショー、こちらはすべての公演で抽選制です。ここはやっぱり抽選を当てたいところ・・・。そしてなんと！この日は2つとも当選するという奇跡が起きたのでした！
The biggest point of summer event this year, is ,there are two splashing shows! One is daytime, another one is nighttime show. Both happen the stage in front of the castle. If guests want to watch it at viewing area in front of the stage, except the first stage of "Judy and Nick's Jumping Splash", they need to win the lottery. And... I won both!! Miracle!
ということで、こちらの記事では、夜のショー「オー！サマー・バンザイ！」についてお伝えしていきます。
Then I would like to write about the night time entertainment show, "Oh! Summer, Banzai!"
今回は当選者用のエリアのなかにもキッズエリアが設けられています。小学生以下の方は立ったまま、同伴の大人はしゃがむか座って鑑賞するというエリアです。こちらのほうがステージに近い位置にありますが、、、ものすごい濡れちゃうエリアです。ステージ正面は、バケーションパッケージ用のエリア。ここも、、、びっくりするほど濡れます。ご家族連れで、特に準備もなく、びっしょり洋服が絞れるくらいになっているおばあさまを見かけました。傘は使えませんので、レインコートと、ビーチサンダル。あとは荷物を入れるビニール袋の準備をお勧めします。ホント、しゃれならんですよ。
If you are lottery winner, and family with small children, you can use "Kids area" near stage. In the are, primary school children can watch the show standing, while adults need to squat or sit down. Guests in this area will get very wet, be careful please. And very center of the area is for the vacation package guests. It is also heavy water area. Umbrella can't be used during the show, so I highly recommend to prepare rain coat, beach sandals, and plastic bags for you belongings. Caution, really heavy water come to these area!!
それ以外の場所は、当選券に記載のある番号とは関係がなく、先着順の入場でした。私が当選したのは2回目の公演でしたが、（とっても暇だったので）1回目の公演が始まる1時間前（6:00pm）くらいから並び始め、それでも最前列ではなく2列目の左寄りになりました。場所取りって大変ですね。2回目公演の待機場所は、試行錯誤中のようなので当日キャストの方に聞いてみてくださいね。私の時は、お城に向かって右側の、当選エリア入り口に並ぶように指示がありました。
Other area is for general winners. The numbers in the lottery ticket is ignored, and "first come, first served" style. I came in line at around 6:00pm though stage started at 9:30pm. But so many guests were waiting longer than me.
ではでは、「オー！サマー・バンザイ！」のストーリーと写真を紹介していきましょう。物語は夏のある日。ドナルドが植物に水をあげると、ぐんぐん育ってなんとジャングルになってしまいました。そしてドナルドは、そのジャングルの王様に。そう。オーサマーは、王様とかかっているんですね。ミッキーとグーフィーはお付きの人かな？今回の主役はあくまでドナルドです。まだショー冒頭ですが、水しぶきがすごくてびしょびしょです。
By the way, I would like to share the story and pictures of "Oh! Summer, Banzai!" show. On a summer day, Donald watered his plant. Then it became jungle suddenly! And Donald became a king of jungle. Mickey and Goofy were his attendants. So the leading part of this show is King Donald! Heavy splash came to viewing area even though the show had just started.
ほかの仲間たちもどんどん集まってきますよ。まずはチップとデール。続いてクラリスが歌を披露します。
Other Disney friends also came to the stage. First Chip and Dale, the Clarice came and sung.
元気なミニーが登場です。飛び跳ねながら踊っているところ、とってもかわいかったです。それを見守る男子3人・・・これはこれでかわいい。
Cheerful Minnie came. Her jumping dance was so lovely. These 3 guys, watching Minnie, were also lovely.
情熱的なデイジーにメロメロになるドナルド。あまりの情熱で火山が噴火。お城に火山が写るなんて、ここはディズニーシーかと思いました。
Passionate Daisy Duck came. Donald was madly in love with her. Too much passion made volcanic eruption! A big volcano on the castle, it was like Tokyo DisneySea.
するとここで、マグマ三兄弟という謎の人たちが登場します。マグマ三兄弟の写真はうまく撮れずです。すいません。ここからは水だけではなく、大きな炎も上がります。見ている私も冷たい！熱い！の繰り返し。王様ドナルドチームとマグマ三兄弟の対決という趣旨のようですね。
Then, mysterious men came to the stage, They said they were Magma three brothers. From this point and later, not only water but also fire were on the stage. Cold and hot! This meant the match, King Donald vs. Magma three brothers.
ショーの終盤は、そのままみんなで大盛り上がり。仲直りしたみたいですね。すべてのキャラクターたちがステージ上で跳ね回り、ダンサーたくさん。そして水と炎。大興奮でした。
Final stage was lively party with each other! All characters were jumping and dancing. Many dancers too. And large water and fire! So much excited!
最後は元の、ドナルドのシーンに戻って、、、あの騒ぎは夢だったのかしら、というところでおしまいです。このころには、そこらじゅう水びたしになっていました。楽しかった！そうそう、ショー終了のアナウンスが流れるまでは気を抜いてはいけませんよ。
The last scene was back to the beginning, Donald's watering. Every excitement was gone. It seemed his dream. I got very wet, but enjoyed:)
