こんばんは、ねこたろうです。海外のディズニーパークに行くといつも、キャラクターとグリーティングができて楽しい、といった趣旨の記事を書いていますが、実はあんまり東京ディズニーリゾートではほとんどグリーティングをしたことがない私。なんだか海外ばっかり良く見えてしまって、これはフェアではないなぁ、と思ったので、昨日は東京ディズニーシーでキャラクターグリーティングを中心に過ごしてみました。
I sometimes wrote that I had very good time to meet and greet Disney Characters at Disney Parks overseas. However, I didn't meet characters at Tokyo Disney Resort. I thought this was unfair for Tokyo Disney Resort as it looked bad for Character Greetings. So I tried to meet characters at Tokyo DisneySea.
こちらが、公式サイトによる、昨日のグリーティング予定時間。思いのほか、会えるんですね。ここにいないデイジーは、ディズニーランドの方にグリーティング施設（ウッドチャック・グリーティングトレイル）がありますが、プルートとチップ＆デールはシーもランドも予定時間の発表がなく、そこらへんで歩いているところを見つけて一緒に写真を撮ってもらわなくちゃいけません。俗にフリーグリーティングと呼ばれていますけど、人気者ゆえなかなか一緒に写真をとってもらうのはちょっと難易度が高いなぁと感じます。彼らと確実に会いたければ、海外のパークの方がいいのかなぁ、たとえば近場では香港で、整列でグリーティングをしていました。
This is official greeting schedule of yesterday from web site. It is unexpectedly many. Daisy Duck is not in the list but she is available at Tokyo Disneyland (Woodchuck Greeting Trail), no official schedule of both Disneyland and DisneySea for Pluto, Chip and Dale. Then if I want to meet them I should catch walking characters and ask them for pictures (it is called "free greeting" between Japanese Disney funs) but I think it is a bit difficult for me. If I want to meet them certainly, overseas Parks look better. For example, I could meet them at Hong Kong Disneyland.

前置きはこのくらいにして、当日の流れに沿って、ご紹介していきます。少し朝寝坊してしまい、パークに着いたのが8:30amごろ。すでにエントランスのグリーティングはかなり長い列ができていたので、午前中しかグリーティングをしていない、アラビアンコーストのスティッチに会いに行くことにしました。この日は暑かったせいか、場所が日陰に変更されていました。①のあたりです。整理券をもらい並び始めたのがグリーティング開始前の8:54am、お写真を撮ったのが9:07amでした。
Then let's dive into my experience on the day. I arrived Tokyo DisneySea at around 8:30am. There was long queue already for greeting session at park entrance. I moved to Arabian Coast because the greeting session with Stitch was until noon. He was around No.1 due to hot weather. I got a greeting ticket at 8:54am, it was before he came. and I took picture with him at 9:07am.
次はロストリバーデルタ、サルードスアミーゴス！グリーティングドック（②）にいるドナルドのところへ。並び始めた9:14am時点で30分待ちの表示、写真を撮ったのが9:34amでした。ここは整理券の配布はありませんでした。
Next I moved to ¡Saludos Amigos! Greeting Dock (No.2) at Lost River Delta, where guests can meet Donald Duck. I started to be in the queue at 9:14am and wait time was 30 minutes. I took picture with him at 9:34am. No greeting ticket needed.
マーメイドラグーンに移動して、アリエルのグリーティンググロット（③）へ。ここは常設のグリーティング施設ですが、アリエルがいる時間は限定されていました。整理券あり。9:42amに並び始めた時点で45分待ちの表示、写真を撮ったのが10:26amでした。
Ariel's Greeting Grotto(No.3) at Mermaid Lagoon. I got a greeting ticket at 9:42am, wait time was 45 minutes at the time. And I took pictures at 10:26am.
ここで早いですがランチタイム。ミステリアスアイランドでツートンぎょうざドッグ。これは9/11からのディズニーハロウィン限定メニューで、ハートの女王様の絵の入ったパッケージにはいっています。毒々しいけどおいしかったー。
Then lunch time! I had Two-tone Gyoza sausage bun at Mysterious Island. This is one on special menu of Disney Halloween. It was in the package with Queen of Hearts. The color was a bit poisonous, but good.
エントランスのグリーティングに早めに並び始めるか迷って歩いていると、ダッフィーが50分待ちの表示。午前中は90分待ちだったのを見かけていたので、今がチャンスと並んでしまうことに。並び始めが11:24am、写真を撮ったのが12:04pmでした。場所はアメリカンウォーターフロントのヴィレッジ・グリーティングプレイス（④）です。
While I was thinking whether I went next to park entrance or not, I found wait time of Duffy's greeting was only 50 minutes. As I saw it was 90 minutes in the morning, I decided to be in line now at 11:24am. It was 12:04pm when I took picture with Duffy. It was at Village Greeting Place, American Waterfront (No.4).
続いてシェリーメイ。場所はウォーターフロントパーク（⑤）です。昨日は朝から風が強く、午前中のグリーティングは一時案内中止になっていました。混雑することを予想して、開始前の12:15pmに並び始めました。花壇に座って待っていられるのが良かった！フルーツカップを食べながらの小休憩になりました。写真を撮ったのは1:05pmでした。
Next, Shellie May at Waterfront Park (No.5). It was windy day yesterday, her greeting was suspended in the morning. I thought it might be crowded, I started to stand by earlier, at 12:15pm. It was very good that I could sit on the edge of flower bed while waiting. It became my break time with fruits cup. I took pictures with her at 1:05pm.
さて、次はエントランス（⑥）に戻ります。が、75分待ちとのこと。2:15pmからのハーバーショー、ハピエストセレブレーション・オン・ザ・シーの間はグリーティングは一時中断になるというし、ここまでずーっと外にいて暑さでぐったりもしていたので、一旦カフェポルトフィーノで休憩しました。ハーバーショーが終わる直前、2:26pmから並び始め、35分待ちとの案内。ショーが終わったとたんにぐんぐん列が伸びていたので、並び始めるならショー中がおすすめですよー。写真を撮ったのは3:02pmでした。ここでは、ミッキーとミニーのどらかがグリーティングをしていて、並び始めるときには、「どちらに会えるかわからないが良いか」と確認されました。私の順番が回ってきたときにいたのはミッキーでした。
I went back to park entrance (No.6). A cast member said 75 minutes wait, and the greeting session would be suspended while "Happiest Celebration on the Sea", 35th anniversary harbor show, from 2:15pm. I was exhausted due to hot weather, I took break at Café Portofino. I started waiting at 2:26pm before the harbor show ended, a cast member said wait time was 35 minutes. I think it is better to be in line while the show because the line became longer after the show. I took pictures with Mickey Mouse at 3:02pm. Guests can meet Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse at park entrance.
では、最後、ロストリバーデルタに向かいます。ちょっと疲れてきたので、トランジットスチーマーラインで移動です。久しぶりに乗りましたが、なかなか楽しかったです。
Let's move to Lost River Delta! As I was tired, I took Transit Steamer Line. It was fun:)
ロストリバーデルタのグリーティング施設、ミッキー＆フレンズ・グリーティングトレイル（⑦）。待っている列には、ところどころに不思議なものがありますので、ぜひ気にしながら並んでみてください。ここは整理券はありませんでした。
Mickey & Friends' Greeting Trails at Lost River Delta (No.7). There were some curious objects in the queue line, let's check them! No greeting ticket needed.
まずはグーフィー。3:36pmに並び始め35分待ちの表示、写真を撮ったのが4:00pm。
First I met Goofy. I started waiting at 3:36pm, wait time was 35 minutes. I took picture at 4:00pm.
ミニーに並び始めたのが4:01pmで60分待ちの表示。写真を撮ったのが4:41pmでした。
Then Minnie Mouse. I started waiting at 4:01pm, wait time was 60 minutes. I took picture at 4:41pm.
最後はミッキー。さすが世界のスター、並び始めの4:42pmの時点で今日最長の70分待ち、写真を撮ったのが5:51pmでした。
The last was Mickey Mouse. Wait time was 70 minutes at 4:42pm when I start to be in line, and I took pictures with him at 5:51pm.
ふー、疲れましたー。約9時間半の間に会えたのは、スティッチ、ドナルド、アリエル、ダッフィー、シェリーメイ、ミッキー（2回）、ミニー、グーフィー。スケジュールに記載されている分は回りきることができましたが、それぞれ待ち時間が長いので、日が暮れるまでかかってしまいました。日本の場合は、キャラクターダイニングは予約がなかなか大変なので、キャラクターたちに会いたいときは、時間に余裕をもって列に並ぶのが得策のようです。
I really became tired after 9 hours and 30 minutes trial. I met Stitch, Donald Duck, Ariel, Duffy, Shellie May, Mickey Mouse (twice), Minnie Mouse and Goofy. I completed all in the schedule, but it became dark after I finished as wait time was long for each greeting sessions. At Tokyo Disney Resort, it is really difficult to book Character Dining, it is better to give you plenty of time for waiting to meet Disney Characters.
そうそう、これらのグリーティング、自分の手持ちのカメラで取れる写真は正面からの1枚のみですが、すべてカメラマンさんがいて、たくさん写真を撮っておいてくれました。オンラインフォトという、海外パークのフォトパスと似たようなサービスで、もちろん有料ですが（4～80カットをCDにしてもらうと5660円）、こうやって1日グリーティングをめぐるのであれば、思い切って買ってみるのもありかと思いますよ。
In the greeting session, only one picture can be taken by guests' own camera. However there were camera casts in the session and they took many pictures of me while greeting. This is Online Photo service, like PhotoPass at overseas Disney Parks. CD with 4 to 80 cuts is 5660 JPY. I think it is good option to buy CD when you had many greetings on the day.
