こんばんは、ねこたろうです。今日は、東京ディズニーランドと東京ディズニーシー、両方の夏のイベントを楽しんできました。まずは、東京ディズニーランドで行われている、ディズニー夏祭りから、お伝えしていきます。
Today, I enjoyed summer events of both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. I would like to report about Disney Natsu-Matsuri (Summer Festival) at Tokyo Disneyland.
燦水！サマービートの1回目9:50amからの公演を見ようと、7:00amにパークエントランスに到着しましたが、、、もうすでに長蛇の列！ゲートは開園時間より早い、7:40amごろにオープンしていました。早歩きでシンデレラ城の前まで向かいましたが、前から7～8列目。乗り遅れた・・・。もっともっと早起きしないとだめみたいです。でも、写真はわりと撮りやすい場所だったので、結果OKです。
I planned to watch the first show of "Sansui! Summer Beat", at 9:50am. So I got to the park entrance at 7:00am, but there was long line already. The gate opened at around 7:40am even though the scheduled opening was 8:00am. I walked fast to Cinderella Castle but there already was crowded. I only got 7th or 8th row. I think I had to wake up earlier than today. However the place I watched was good for taking pictures. It was OK anyway.
登場キャラクターは、ミッキー、ミニー、プルート、グーフィー、マックス、ドナルド、デイジー、チップ、デール、クラリス、ととっても豪華。みんなはっぴのような衣装で飛び跳ねるように踊ります。そして水しぶき。暑い中待ったので、この水しぶきがまた心地よかったりしました。
Characters who appeared were, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, Max, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Chip, Dale and Clarice. Really splendid! Everyone was in Happi (Japanese traditional constume for festival) and dancing and jumping. And...water splash! I felt comfortable as I waited so long time in hot weather.
お城の正面にまず登場するのは、ミッキー、ミニー、プルートと、グーフィー、マックスが乗ったフロート。水しぶきの中でも、仲良しなミッキーとミニーがとってもかわいい！
First, the float with Mickey, Minnie and Pluto, and the float with Goofy and Max were in front of the castle. Mickey and Minnie were kissing while splash:)
ご安心ください。途中で、ぐるっと、他のフロートもやってきて、他のキャラクターたちも見られるので大満足でした。
Don't worry, other floats came around. I could all characters finally.
さて、燦水！サマービートの一番の売りの、水しぶき。お城の前は、3段階のうち、一番水がかかるゾーンということになっています。レインポンチョと帽子、カメラには防水カバー、かばんは大きなゴミ袋に入れて臨みましたが・・・靴、靴のことを忘れてましたよ。終わったころにはすっかりびしゃびしゃ。みなさま、ビーチサンダルを用意したほうが良さそうです。周りで、レインコートを着ていなかった方は、Tシャツが絞れるほど濡れていました。でも、そうやって濡れながら、キャーキャーはしゃぐのが楽しいですね。
The biggest selling point of "Sansui! Summer Beat" is water splash. The area in front of the castle, where I was, was the highest level of getting wet. I used my rain poncho, hat. Rain cover for my camera, and big garbage bag for my bag. But... I really forgot to think about my shoes! Finally my shoes got soaked with water. Please! Please don't forget to bring slippers:( Guests, who didn't have raincoat, were got wet so much. Their T-shirt could be squeezed. Anyway, this splash was the biggest fun of the show:P
2回目はパートナーズ像のそばから鑑賞。ちょっと高くなっているので、キャラクターたちの写真は撮りやすいですが、まったく濡れない。それはそれで寂しい感じでした。やっぱりずぶぬれで騒ぎたい！期間中にまた行ってみたいと思います。
I saw the 2nd show from a height near the Partners statue. It was good place to take pictures, but no splash came... I felt disappointed a bit. I want to get wet and be excited. I will try again during the event period.
[今日のランチ / Today's Lunch]
イーストサイド・カフェでパスタセットを食べました。前菜に冷たいミネストローネ、パスタはジェノベーゼ。これにパンと飲み物がついて1880円。暑くてあんまり食欲がなかったんですが、冷たいスープですっきり、回復しました。プライオリティーシーティングを利用したので、あまり待たずに涼しい店内へ入れたのも良かったな。
I had Pasta Set at East Side Café. 1880 JPY. Cold minestrone as starter, pasta genovese, bread and drink were included. I had poor appetite due to hot weather before meal, but cold soup helped me to recovery. I used Priority Seating for the table. Only a few waiting time was also good for me in crowded park.
そうそう、今日初めて、ワールドバザールに紙ふぶき（コンフェティ）が舞うところを見ました。10:55am、燦水！サマービート2回目の公演のちょうど1時間前でした。パレードやショーの1時間前という説、本当みたいです。
By the way, I saw the confetti at World Bazzar. It was my first time:) It started at 10:55am, just 1 hours before the 2nd show of "Sansui! Summer Beat". The opinion that the confetti comes 1 hour before the parade or show, seems correct.
